"Noisemaker" was the 2nd album released by artist Corey Stuart. It is often ranked as one of the more heavier sounding releases out of the six he has to date, yet does not disappoint when it comes to bringing synth pop to the mainstream forefront.

It's been a crazy year, people. I made the promise to myself that despite whatever came and went with "Dreamer" that I would continue my work and keep pushing forward. So here we are, the second chapter in the Corey saga. Despite one particular track not included (couldn't obtain the rights) it's been more fun this time around. Simply put, I challenged myself in the realm of programming and sound design. I spent hours tweaking drum samples, recording noises outside in the world to be used as drum percussion, and invested in new VST's for new soundscapes on this cd. Something I was a bit concerned about was the fact I recorded everything direct into the computer-- unlike "Dreamer" which was completed using an external DAW. There is an element of warmth in the final mix--something I've seemed to lack on this project. However, computer based recording gives you more flexibility and with that I was able to achieve editing wonders in the end. I hope you enjoy the ride as much as I did. Hold on tight!--C.
